Trying to contact Krypton Games

Hello. I am trying to contact Krypton Games and I am unable to get through. I paid for no ads a while ago and it has never registered.
I still have endless ads and no hints. It would be nice to recommend this game but until I am able to have some communication with the company, I cannot do so. As of now I will put one star in hopes that someone who has some clout will read this and contact me. Thank You!
